Variety with hollow rosettes and no dot in center of flag. A bold and impressive near-Gem, this wholesome specimen delivers a swirling cartwheel of luster and strong details throughout. Some highlighting tone serves to break up the argent nature and add a touch of beauty to the surfaces.
