民国九年交通银行拾圆，哈尔滨地名，编号A222402，中央有红印「监理官印」，PMG 20，记录中最高分，本钞相信是為哈尔滨使用而加盖，背有西里尔文，中央红印出自日本政府，应為1931年入侵东三省后所加，本系列之伍拾及一百圆仅见样票，故拾圆是流通票中最大之面值，数年前曾见加盖样票的例子，如此的流通票相信存世极稀，不容错失。Bank of Communications, China, 10 yuan, Harbin, 1920, serial number A222402, in Russian text (Cyrillic), Chinese and English, red stamp overprint at centre,(Pick 130), PMG 20 Very Fine. PMG Census Top Pop. This interesting issue are overprinted for Harbin with Cyrillic at reverse. The red centre overprint is the seal of the Japnese authorities, likely done in 1931 after the invasion of Manchuria. 50 and 100 yuan from this series exist only in specimen form, therefore 10 yuan is highest denomination avaliable for an issued example. Examples with serial number and SPECIMEN overprints are seen a couple of years ago, completely issued example like this only a handful are known. Important and very rare.
